Decide what you want to be, bro.. a distance runner or swoll.
You can't be both, because extra mass = slower times.
You aren't training to be a sprinter, so the extra weight over the longer distances kills you. i.e. your body has to work much harder to maintain the same speed at the higher weight.
If you have a scholarship riding on your performance, you'd be an idiot to start fukkin' with bulking right now.
You can bulk when you're no longer running x-country.
