I'm starting Community College tommorow. Is it different compared to State College's in regards to parties and meeting girls?

I start tommorow with 12 credits and that means I'll be there 12 hours, not live on campus, and I will be going to class and leaving but there is groups such as Baseball which I will be joining.

How is community college gonna be for DJ'ing?

uh.... anyone? Are community colleges suckie when it comes to parties and picking up/DJing girls?

Should I go downtown to the area where the state college is and look for frat parties to go to with people I dont know?

CC will be good to you!

I did an internship at a community college and the women were fairly hot, I was surprised. Not as hot as the chicks at the grad school I was attending, but it wasn't bad.

One thing if you're attending a community college is keep an open mind about age range. Lots of older students, so if a gorgeous 26-year old is hitting on you or you're hitting on her, roll with it. She's not a loser or anything, she's just been out in the working world and is going back to school. Plus, she may be more mature.

On the downside, there are a few knuckleheads in junior college, some real ditzy gals. I guess that's anywhere, however. You probably don't have the benefit of dorms, fraternities, parties, etc.

However, that might be a good thing. Big state colleges are so cliquey that gals from certain sorority houses will only date guys from certain frats. It's stupid.

Just be flexible with junior college gals. They're probably working and are very busy, and you will be too. But you'll enjoy the age range from youngies to mid-rangers, it's all good!

Generally speaking, comm colleges have a different social setting vs the Univ. Most comm college students live at home and do not experience the University dorm lifestyle where many social events happen. The majority of Univ first timers are young, fresh out out of HS and are living on their own for the first time. They don't have their parents around to restrict their partying, social drinking, social sex, and all the other fun things that come out of dorming.

A comm college could seem a detriment to your social life, but, there are A LOT of HB's at comm colleges and the same amount of social clubs you can join vs the Univ.

In addition to saving a lot more money, going to a comm college might help your GPA. Since there are less distractions in the comm college setting, your GPA will most likely be higher versus the average Univ student when you transfer your Jr year. I have a buddy who is 2nd year med school at the Univ of Washington that did his first 2 years at a comm college. Comm colleges aren't a joke though - its college, treat it like it is.

You can still go. If you have friends that go to that State College/University, just tag along and have them show you around. Also, when you make more friends at your Comm College, there's a big chance that those people know people at the State College/University. More friends you make at the Comm Colleges, the better the chances you'll snag an invite to a Campus party.

But a fair warning. When you go to that campus party, don't tell them you don't go to the Univ/College. It might seem a bit unfair, but, most girls at those types of parties are social seekers. And if you're not part of the Univ and go to a Comm College instead, they will most likely look down on you. No offense to your Comm College, that's just how materialistic woman can be. I'd just go to the parties, enjoy yourself, and try to ellude the question if it ever came up.
