I need some healthy foods that I can take to lunch at my high school. We have a closed lunch, no access to a refridgerator or microwave. The food is overpriced, expensive, and terrible tasting.

I'd like to start packing my lunch, so I need some ideas on what to pack while bulking. I can buy 2% milk from the school, so I'll just do that for drink.

I need some foods that I won't spoil in my locker and are healthy, and hopefully taste decent.

Put a 2lb container of Optimum 100% Whey Protein in your locker. That way, you can mix 2 scoops of the stuff with your low-fat milk. You'll be fine as long as you eat immediately before and after school. You get 50g of the highest quality protein and none of the headaches involved with making sandwiches. Not to mention that it'd take quite a few of those to get you 50g of protein!

my lunch at school was this prepackaged tuna stuff by starkiss. it comes in a little pouch instead of the bag, no water. I'd put that on wheat bread to make a tuna sandwich. then I had a bag of baked lays, some fruit, a bottle of water, and low fat milk which I bought at school mixed with a scoop of whey.

Not the best, but it was low fat and protein rich.

some people eat cottage cheese at lunch, that's not for me though.

good luck,

why would you need such a fast absorbing protein when at school?

here's what you do, cook a chicken breast, glad wrap it, get bread, make a sandwhich, and eat it.

or get boiled eggs, or deli meats, or vegetables, or whatever else you can come up with.
