After reading alot of these post I've gained alot of knowledge about diet and exercise. However I haven't quite figured out how to implement this knowledge into a SOLID routine.

My profile: 6 feet, 165 pounds.

My objective: To become lean and cut, elimate stomach and chest fat.

My request for experts about this topic: If anyone has the time and resources please provide me with the following.

A day by day diet and exercise chart to fit my specific profile.
I would like for it to look like this.

EXERCISE

Sunday: Exactly what to do. Step by step.
Monday-Saturday:Dido

DIET

Sunday: Exactly what to eat. Around the clock.
Monday-Saturday: Dido

I would appreciate the thought and time put into this. If I could be of any service to anyone who grants my request just let me know.

here's a better idea... rub the old brain, come up with a routine YOURSELF, then post it here, and we can tell you if it needs any changes or improvement, OK?

Mens health actually gives step by step directions on exackly what to eat and how to excercise if you want to follow that to the letter. They also have 2 books in the hard body series that do this, it is all the same thing.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Read the guide to cutting up...also go to the following forum:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/

It has tons of information...develop a training program and diet....and post it here so that it can be critiqued...IMO if you are 6' tall and weigh 165lbs...you may want to bulk...then begin cutting at the beginning of next year...to be ready for summer time...at 165 lbs...if you cut...you will be around ~ 150lbs...
