I tried both. My impression is, I made greater gains with DIESEL's.

But I want to know what do you have experienced.

What's the BEST for getting HUGE and raising testosterone?

for getting huge (i.e. muscle hypertrophy), HST is the way to go (http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html). after you first see it you will be very skeptical, but, it does work, it's backed up by a ton of sports science research. i've made great gains and the routine itself is designed in a way so that your body cannot hit a plateau (mechanical loading), so I don't see myself going back to a traditional 3-day, 4-day or 5-day split.

but any routine will give you gains as long as you are dedicated and eat well.

diesel's guide allowed me to bulk up a lot more than max ot did, but that could have been down to beginner gains.

nevertheless, a greater number of carbs under diesels guide will have you putting on fat as well as muscle, something that i like to avoid, which is why i'm on max-ot. at the moment, i don't seem to be putting on any weight with it, but my lifts are getting better, which means i have more strength and muscle, so i'm not complainin

is the muscle-fat ratio more important for testosterone than the muscle mass?for example 200lbs@20%bf and 150lbs@8%bf, which one is better
