I've just started on Anthony Ellis program to change from skinny guy into ripped. I've just set up an eating schedule with my father to keep me in line and focused, and sprinter track workotus provide me the exercise i need I lift everyday except wednesday and sundays and run everyday. I'll post a current picture and statistics tmw, once i receive my body caliper. Im in for a ride over the next 4 months, but Im tired of being called skinny and small, and im tired of being pushed around and overlooked because of my size. I'm done being being somebody small in this world, and this is my start.

So it begins...
(NOTE: Plz no stupid replies, im trying to actually use this as a journal so I can analyze my results as I go, thanks.)

Best wishes on your improvements. A little sidenote might be to cut back on the running. If you are skinny you probably have somewhat the same genetic makeup when it comes to metabolism as me. Running that much if you are a hardgainer or ectomorph will seriously undermine your bulking. you might even cut back one training a week keeping making it 4 strenght workouts each week. Otherwise it seems you are somewhat in the risk zone off overtraining.

Okay well I haven't received my caliper yet, or measured myself in chest, waist, or arms... But im 5'9 132 lbs. I run for state track team, compete nationally. I can't stop training, I'd get my ass beat worse by my sponsors and parents if i stopped then I would overtraining. I'm well aware of my abilities. But, I am infact a hardgainer, so its been tough to put on the weight, and never had a chance to because of nationals... But I've got half a year to give it my best shot. So I'm going to go for it.
