hi, many times I just get Diarrheoa for no real reason. Sure I have sometimes been food poisonned but apart from that I get Diarrheoa for no real reason.

When I say diarrheoa, I don't mean the piss like **** that comes out where we **** like 10 times a day but I just mean extremely soft feces when we **** once a day but it kinda gives a small stomach ache after afternoon kind of yelling at your ass "HEY ***** LET ME OUT"...

Could someone explain to me why? does it have anything to do with your diet? How about the temperature?

by the way I never took more than 5 Diarrheoa pills in my life, if that info helped...

Many times it just all of a sudden goes away... I really want to stop this diarrheoa coming and going so if anyone knnows what causes it please say thanks.

Myabe you are little sensitive to lactose!

If I drink a liter+ milk/milk products per day few days in a row I get some too relaxed **** coming from my ass along with some stomach ache.

Try lacking too much milk products for few days and see if it affects somehow to see if you have problems with lactose.

It has something with food you eat, let start with it.

Are you in Ethiopia, Africa? Did you grew up there or moved after you grew up? How long you have had this problem? i.e. when did it start?

If say you grew up in US, moved to Ethiopia you probably are exposed to some different food that your stomach just can't deal with successfully. Are you having FRESH quality food? Do you like what you eat? Do you eat what you are used to eat?

The most important question is... when did it start? Ca you link it to a specififc time (for example you moved to a new place, you change your diet, you started eating some new foods, you started taking some supplements, vitamins, medication?)

It is easy to "fix" one specific occurence, but to cure it completely you have to figure out where did it come from first.

I was born in Korea... moved to india in 1 year, lived in india 4 years, then moved to belgium, after Belgium 3 years went to Vietnam for another 3 years, in vietnam I got diarrheoa after sleeping in the airconditioner so I quit sleeping in air conditioner, after Vietnam went back to belgium for 2 years, after that belgium I went to kenya for 2 years, currently I'm finnishing my 3rd year in Kenya and I'm moving to Ethiopia in 1 month which is why in my profile it says I live in Ethiopia...

Anyways I started having these weird diarrheoa problems in Kenya

basically when I arrived in kenya I considerred myself fat, so I started eating nearly no sweets at all and very rarely had meat, most of my diet was turned from meat into pasta, rice and veggies and very rarely meat still around same diet, but now I ain't fat no more and now I go to gym nearly daily to get bigger muscles... once I changed my diet to less meat more pasta etc I started to get really soft ****...

anyways recently since I ain't fat no more I decided to still eat nearly no sweets at all but have more meat. I think that was the solution since I **** normally now...

ya then it's probably the food you ate in kenya, either you are not customized to them, or they have bad stuff in it that your digestive system can't withstand

if you don't intake meat, remember to eat beans, loads of it to replace the amino acid you don't get for not eating meat

as a second note a person can't be sensitive to latose present in the milk, you can however lack the enzyme latese neccessary to digest latose, which would result in disgestive system discomfort due to the undigestion of the latose and it passes through your body straight to the rectum

Now it is more clear: you are right in yoru thinking: it is happening due to your diet. It is quite simple to fix it:
try to eat ignificantly more pasta, cheese, potatoes and bananas.
Sure more meat, preferably not very lean meat, pork for exmaple.

By the way, just curious: why did you travel so much?

my dad's a diplomat he's Belgian and married my korean mother, he was right hand man to ambassador in S.Korea. But after returning to Belgium he became an ambassador so now he has to go to the 3rd world countries before going to the rciher developed countries like europe and america... yeah I kind of get an advantage that many people won't get by living in so many places

Go to a doctor. Nobody on this board will be able to give you a diagnosis. You have to have a physical done.
