first my suggestion, I propose that anyone caught flaming should be banned for 1 or 2 or 3 etc days. This way the thread can stay (and hopefully there will be no more flaming) and the flamer realizes if the gets out of line again he will be blocked again. I seriously think this could effectively elminate 80+% of the flaming going on that everyone hates so much (yet engages in themselves, that might be the only problem with this, so many people throw in an occasional flame here and there). of course, there would probably be a lot of banning at first, but i think once people started to realize that their childish insult is not worth the loss of a day or two at sosuave

could you explain the criteria for deleting something? Yes there was a little flame war but it wasn't as extreme as others have been (which are still there, even if locked), and I feel that myself as well as some other people had some positive input. I was actually going to go find a mini-speech I wrote in there and post it in another thread discussing what I had talked about, but it has disappeared.
