There are a few young chicks at my college and they always staring at me but they say nothing. i was thinking bout using a c/f line or just ignore them until i feel like getting some pu$$y. How yall deal with young chicks. Just go up to them and get the digits?

No you aren't. You want the quick fix and aren't interested in doing the necessary work of reading the bible, which has the answers you seek. Then you will be back for the next quick fix, and then the next as you go on. They are staring at you cause they are attracted to you. They won't approach you cause that is YOUR JOB TO DO! Don't bother doing C&F cause you bound to fuk it up and insult them. Just go and tallk to the girls. They won't bite you, unless that's what you are in to.

Personally I f*cking hate those teens looking me like a god.

I have pictures of me in 2 galleries on the internet and these lil' girls are all like "oh, you are handsome" "you are cute" "nice picture =)"... Best way to get rid of them is to just say "yea" or "thanks" the boldest ones start asking "are you single? because I know one person who has a crush on you and who would do anything to get you." I mean YAWN!

Just treat them like any other women and you'll do fine.
I'm generally after 20-22 year old chicks. They are at their best at that age.

After a certain age girls will generally not approach guys. Why? It's how we're all brought up. If you look up masculine in the thesaurus you'll see synonyms like "bold" and "strong." If you look up feminine you'll see "shy" and "gentle." These girls have been taught not to approach you, and it wouldn't surprise me if they desperately wish you'd talk to them. For this reason women usually go on to master the art of body language to a greater degree than men. Instead of just asking you on a date, they'll keep throwing hints at you. So it becomes paramount that we all learn to accurately interpret female body language. I believe it's what seperates a DJ from an AFC. I think the Bible goes over this to a certain extent, but I'm not sure. (I've only had enough time to read parts of it.) So you better take the initiative if you're interested--or some other fool will.

In conclusion, read the Bible.

You're thinking too hard. They are girls. They are young girls which means they have a lot of insecurity themselves; but nonetheless they are still women. Starting a conversation isn't something that requires scripts and a set game-plan. Go in and have a good time doing it. Make conversation, let her know you like her, and take her out. Young girls, being their insecurity, will not make the first move and will conjure up every possible reason why you WOULDn't WANT them. So that's why it's more important to make your interest known.
