Hopefully this makes sense, I'm writing at 3AM after drinking a bit.
There's this girl who I've went to school with for the last 3 years. She's uber hot, but I haven't really been interested in her at all that much. Too busy being a frigging genius at school.
Anyways, fast forward, today/last night was grad camp-out (very few people actually stayed to camp out) I was sitting with my friends when all of a sudden uber hot girl comes up and pushes me over so I'm on my back and then (lightly) slaps me across the face and goes on about how rude I am (this is totally random, I didn't initiate or provoke anyone, and although I was pretty rude to her for the whole year, I hardly talked to her that day or for about the whole week before).
So basically I'm on the ground on my back (willingly, not making any attempt to get up) with this hot girl with each of her feet beside my hips (so she's standing right over my pelvis pretty much). Halfway through her rant, I thought about getting up, telling her to stfu and dismissing her, but I was half drunk and lazy and the view was too nice.
So I'm basically just wondering if I should have gotten up and put her in her place instead of just lying on the ground and enjoying the view. Was I giving up power to her in not doing so? Just fyi, I'm not really interested in her, just wondering if I shoulda manned up and not take her crap. My friends were there and I didn't really wanna come off looking like an ******* for being mean.
Or if I'm just looking far too much into it.
