I still don't get deadlifts, even after having people demonstrate to me, and seen the virtual example... Every time i do deadlifts, i never feel it in my back, or i dont even know which part of my back should be feeling it. Every time i do deadlifts, i have to stop because my forearms are hurting, so basically my forearms get a better workout than my back does.. i never know to keep my legs straight or not...I just dont like them ahh
