DISCLAIMER: This routine is for the experienced trainee with a good few years under your belt. If you are a lifting newbie, you would be better off with a simpler routine until you have more experience under your belt, like a few years.

It's a good thing Mind posted that thread sometime back. I'm no scientist, but all I know is that when I began DC training, the scale told me I was 212-213, and two weeks later I am 218-219. No bodyfat percentage calculator, but it looks good in the mirror, my pants fit the same waistwise, and my gut is no bigger than before.

Biggest size change I've noticed so far: shoulders, by far. Dumbbell benching didn't really hit that too much, and I figured they would blow up, but it seems like half the weight I added to my frame is in my shoulders alone! You can probably thank my rack bench/military press/CG rack bench day for about half of that. Rack bench presses (rack set as close to my chest as possible) are a *****.

Runners up: chest, quads, forearms.

Strength differences: Stiff legged deadlifting now is about as easy as standard deadlifting was 10 days ago, in terms of weight I can use.

Front squatting the same weight and reps now with impeccable form as I was a month ago with cheating. Temporary wrist problems forced me to change my grip, so I have to stand as upright as possible.

Being as this was my first two week cycle and I have never done some of these lifts beforehand (mostly the machine ones), I was more or less feeling out my capabilities as much as setting a bar. Wednesday, the cycle begins again, and it's time to begin breaking the logbook and really putting on mass.
