I'm doing this to keep track of my progress and to motivate others.
I'm 5'9 and weigh 145 lbs. I've been working out for a while now but never really paid attention to nutrition so therefore I did not gain much weight. I'm gonna try to bulk up by eating:
Protien: 218 g
carbs: 435 g
fat: 48 g
daily cal: +3000
What are some good food high in protein? My plans are to eat eggs, grilled steak and grilled chicken but that might not be enough. I don't like protein powder btw. I'm going all natural .
