I recently got out of a thing with a girl on mood stabilizers. She was an old friend whom I've always had feelings for. She has a history of cheating. I know this because I was the one she slept with when she was doing it. And that's just with me, so not sure what else she's done. And she also has a string of broken relationships. Not just with ex bfs and ex husband's, but with friends as well.

She told me one time a long time ago that she felt like if people knew what she was like on the inside they would not be attracted to her. That they only see the outward attractiveness. (Shes very pretty). And that people idealize her.

I could go on and on. What's your all's experiences with women onood stabilizers? Are they prone to cheat? Act out? Bad choices to date in general?

I think you already know the answers to these questions.

They usually point to a deeper lying psychological issue. It sounds like she's telling you all you need to know, so if you do choose to be involved with her and things go badly, you'd only have yourself to blame.

My ex used to take them (inconsistently) at the start of the relationship to control her mood swings and unstable behaviour. She was young, but that relationship brought me to my knees. She doesn't take them anymore but I often feel like I could use them. Figure that one out.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
you're walking into a BPD trap..

What is seen with SSRIs, Benzos, any psych medication is that it eventually stops working and your body rebounds. Then the crazy really comes out. I've seen it so many times inthe ER where patients need to have an increased dose just to calm down and not attack an innocent bystander.

Walk away dude.

Also depends what mood stabilisers you are talking about. OTC stuff like 5-HTP isn't that 'consequential' but medication like anti-depressants or Valium could point to a bigger issue. Even more so if it seems as though she doesn't actually have anything to be majorly depressed or anxious about while needing them.

You name it & I've probably dated a chick that was on it. And then there were some not on anything but should have been on something!
That or they are stoners and or self medicating drunks. Fun fun fun.

Anti-depressant chicks are likes holes in the ground that need constant filling up but it's impossible to fill up because the hole goes to China.

This girl is telling you she is fvcked up, will cause a ton of drama and will prolly give you STD's, headackes and a broken heart.. and prolly an aneurysm to top it all off.

Is all this really worth a wet hole? It really depends on how desperate you are and how much self respect you have.

Whatever you do... DO NOT GET THIS CHICK PREGGO.

I wouldn't touch her with a ten foot pole rated over 9000... but that's just me.
