Hey all, I guess I've kind of avoided posting here considering I personally thing I am a bit of a weakling, though you couldn't really tell by looking. So don't make too much fun of my abilities :p

I've been working out off and on since about May this year, and before then the only activity I'd have was at work.

(I ripped off Colussus's format, hope he doesn't mind)

Stats around May '08:

Height: 5'11''
Weight: 200lbs
BF%: Probably around 20%

Current stats:

Height: 5'11'' of course
Weight: 178 lbs
BF%: Probably around 15%.


Bench- Never tried to max, but when I do reps I'll do 10-10 and then go as much as I can on the third rep. Probably around 120-130 repetitively
Squat- Somewhere around 200-245?
Dead- Never deaded
Push press- Never push pressed
Barbell curl- 35 x 2
SL dead- Never deaded
DB shoulder- 35 x 2
Tricep pushdown- 100lbs. (50x2)

I do some other exercises at my fitness center (Anytime Fitness) but I'm not sure what they are called and I don't want to go find out at the moment

My goal is to get near single digit body fat %, and drop to the low 170s and afterwards to bulk in muscle and be around 185-190lbs. of lean mean muscle. I'm taking the normal allottment of 2x Lipo-6, 1x Centrum vitamins and 1x Fishoil/Flaxseed Oil in the morning, and then 2x more Lipo-6 in the afternoon. I'm cutting back calorie intake but kept up in protein intake so I don't lose the muscle (ha what muscle? you might say) that I do have.

If anyone has anything to help me with, excercise or nutrition advice, please give :) Thanks

Look to the where to start thread and simple starting diet. I think its best for you to start building muscle now while using fat loss measures(carb cut offs, green tea, cardio/gpp work) instead of doing that whole cut/bulk thing

Also stay away from the flax seed oil if its in a cap form, fish oil is good though in cap form so take lots of it.

The Fish and Flax seed oil is the same cap

I've been almost totally eliminating sugars and carbs (little to no pasta, bread or anything) and doing a good amount of cardio. I aim to make my legs feel like jelly by the time I am done with it
