Apart from its innocent/child-like appearance that reminds me of Tintin, it's the only thing that bothers me with my visage. It's hereditary, so there's nothing I can do to get rid of them.

I've yet to have been subjected to any bad joke or witty comment because of their prominence like "oh you don't get a lot of sleep do you?" (I DO sleep plentifully), but I dunno, I'd like to get some ointment to mask them.

Anyone dealt with this kind of stuff before? I'd love to be able to look at myself in the mirror, make a masculine pose to feel great about myself before beginning the day and not see these prominent blue nerves spoiling it all.

I have the same problem, but I can manage to bring it under control. Its a lot to do with adequate sleep, drinking more water, exercise and a lot less TV and computer.

Should I just buy some sort of make up at the drugstore?

It really seems to be a trait inherited from my grandmother, there isn't anything else you can do but that as far as life habits go. It's like that for some people.

I used to have them, not anymore, removed gradually over the course of 6-7 years. Can't pinpoint what removed it, but things that may have contributed: more red meat and eggs in my diet, more fresh fruit and veggies esp leafy green veggies, fish oil, olive oil, vitamens and minerals, less refined/process carbs/sugars, less poly-6 unsaturated fats, exercise strength training and conditioning.

Edit: I still have outlines of the 'rings', but circles are not a defining feature of my face anymore.

Spes nailed it.

I used to have prominent circles around my eyes. I was also partying until the c0ck stared to talk in them morning which didn't help things.

Putting your health in priority will drastically reduce the circles and thier outlines.

I have them too and bad. They are worse when I don't get a lot of sleep but regardless they are there (and my diet is on point now).

You would think you'd be able to detoxify your body in much less time then that.. You said they got better during those 6-7 years..During that time did you change your environment (did you move)?

From what I read, one of the contributing causes can be allergies. Maybe you removed an allergin from your daily life and you didn't notice.

Just reframe it, it probably makes you look badass.

I'M SO BADASS I DON'T GET ENOUGH SLEEP AND I DON'T GIVE A SHI'T.

Make it a part of you and no-one can use it against you. At the very worst, it can be a handicap. "This is good because it makes me lose points so that I can have a better challenge! I'm gonna be better than those dudes who are born good, because I'm gonna take on the challenge and overcome it with my raw stength of will!"
