I used to have em real bad. Don't know exactly what got rid of them, but here's what I reccomend.

To do:
-Work out, get strength and conditioning up
-Eat fats, good balance of sats, monosats, polysats. Get a good ratio of omega 3 to 6's.
-Use sunlotion with vitamen e and aloe vera
-Eat healthy in general.

I'd love to know too, but I think you can't get rid of them. I get them everyday. Maybe it's BF levels.

Dark circles under the eyes are most often caused (if not by lack of sleep or drugs) by an allergic reaction of the sinus. 90% of the time it is ciggarette smoke. If you smoke and have dark circles that is almost certainly what causes it and if you don't smoke try not to be around it much because it does not take much if you are allergic.

I used to have dark circles no matter how much or how little I slept. My doctor told me that it is very common for even smokers to be allergic slightly to cigarette smoke. I quit and they went away.

If your a smoker and your sense of smell is greatly reduced this is a big sign that you have allergies caused by the smoke. The good news is that if you do quit smoking 80% of all the damage you've done to your body can be reversed and healed no matter how long you have been smoking for unless you already were to have obtained a chronic disease from it like emphysema.
