Ok, so I've tried making a workout routine using advice from Diesel's guide to bulking up. I'm not really sure on the weight that I will be needing yet as I don't really have much experience in the gym. My first week will be used to see how much weight I should be using. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated for my starting routine.
Monday - Chest/Bis
Bench Press 3x4
DB Flyes 3x4
DB Curls 3x5
Hammer Curls 3x5
Wednesday - Back/Tris
Seated Row 3x5
Pull ups 3xfailure
Skullcrushers 3x5
Tri Pressdowns 3x5
Friday - Legs/Delts/Traps
Squat 3x4
Leg Press 3x4
Military Press 3x4
DB Raises 3x4
DB Shrugs 4x5
Again, any advice would be helpful.
