How long does it usually take before you can start dating women again? That is, without them thinking they're a rebound. I just broke up from a LTR last week and would like to date this other girl I've had an eye on for a while, but she already set me as a friend and told her friend (who's telling me) that she doesn't want to be a rebound. I know this chick had something for me before, but now that she saw me broke up, she thinks I'm after her for rebound purposes (but I honestly don't feel that way). Am I doomed to be just friends or waiting a few months might do the trick to let the freshness subside?

Man, I didn't see this coming after a LTR relationship.

In most peoples mind if you just got out of a LTR and you want to go out with another girl so quickly, the girl will always feel like a rebound and a slvt. ESPECIALLY since this girl knows you are recently single. My vote is to go out and find a rebound, then lay low for a bit and enjoy the single life. Stay in contact with this girl and show her that you really do care about more than her pu$$y.

If you want to grow as a DJ and grow as a person, take the time to be single and look at yourself. Figure out why the relationship didn't work and what you do/don't want for your next gf. That usually takes sometime to figure out. During that time life it up, go out with your buddies and chase some tail. Eventually you'll be ready to date and meet a new girl again.

But you shouldn't be ready to jump into another LTR this quick, because you'll run into similiar problems with the new girl.
