it just... doesnt seem to want to go away!

I use acne free body wash... still a few pimples on my shoulders and a few on my lower back. I dont get it!

is it the hot showers? I wash my face with cold water and that works.

A. Buy Neutronega Oil Free Body Wash (orange in color)

B. Use it everyday in the shower. If you forget one day, all your bacne will come back immediately.

C. Change the sheets on your bed. Put new sheets on your bed once a week.

D. Sleep in a t-shirt, so your back isn't on your sheets

E. Avoid greasy food like pizza and General Tso's Chicken.

F. Do not become dehydrated, fatty acids will irritate glands and cause inflammation of your pores.
