I have been on this current routine for about 2 weeks now, and have slimmed up a little bit. I want to lose about 20 pounds of fat, and turn as much of it into muscle I can.

Monday-Chest-cardio
Tuesday-All Legs-cardio
Wednesday-Back/Abs-cardio
Thursday-Shoulder/Forearm-cardio
Friday-Biceps/Triceps-cardio

I run for about 15 minutes Monday through friday.

I take saturday and sunday off to rest.

I get about 8 hours of sleep daily.

I usually eat a tuna sandwich, a few eggs, some fruit and salad daily. A few times a week i'll hit a quizznos or subway. Or i'll eat a steak or something.

Like i said i want to lose weight and get cut. any suggestions?

Not going to happen! Muscle and fat are two different things, everyone thinks you can magically convert one to another. You can't - what you CAN do is burn the fat and build the muscle!

Monday-Chest-cardio
Tuesday-All Legs-cardio
Wednesday-Back/Abs-cardio
Thursday-Shoulder/Forearm-cardio
Friday-Biceps/Triceps-cardio

Is that running on top of your ordinary cardio? My recommendation would be 30-40 minutes low intensity (light running or brisk walking) before breafast, 2-3 times a week (on non-workout days), working up to doing this every day. On workout days do the same AFTER your weights, when glycogen levels are depleted and so you'll be burning fat.

Your workout scheme is less than optimal in my opinion, chest looks a dead cert for overtraining. Do a basic 3-day split: Chest-Shoulders-Triceps, Back-Biceps, Legs-Abs. Train heavy, none of this high-reps-with-a-low-weight-for-cutting malarkey.

I take saturday and sunday off to rest.
That's fine mate, though you might want to factor in some cardio on those days in the coming weeks.

I usually eat a tuna sandwich, a few eggs, some fruit and salad daily. A few times a week i'll hit a quizznos or subway. Or i'll eat a steak or something.
I'm sorry mate, but that diet is awful. Five-six meals a day, each based around a protein source, get your EFAs in, five servings of fruit and veg - if you follow the Berardi theory then keep meals protein+carbs or protein+fat, otherwise make sure it's all good clean food, if you want to follow my advice then cut carbs at night (starchy carbs that is, have a tuna salad or something), and drink lots of green tea for a metabolic boost. Make your subways meat-heavy!

My guess is that just with those changes you'll lose some bodyfat!
