Well, turns out Im a bit creepled and I didnt even realize it. A week or so ago I started running, and consistentely my right knee is hurting. Hurting not in a sense of sharp radiating pain, its just not the same as my left knee, I even walk as if there is something up with my right knee/leg. Basically its joint related, and its not doing its job as smoothly as it should.

As a kid I was playing and ended up hitting my knee. I flew through the air and landed on my right knee first. Today I remember it vivedely as I think about what is going on with my knee.

There is nothing I can do about it, Im guessing. Its just live with it and use it up.

Is there anything I can take as far as pills go to improve my joint? How about something to tie it over with so its all right?

There are certain suppelements you can take to improve overall joint health. Typically older people take them, but you might wanna give it a try. If I were you, i'd talk to a doctor, find out which one would make the most sense for you. Basically, the idea with them (from that i undertand) is to increase the lubrication in your joints, thus reducing the wear.

My knees are not that great either. I find it helps to put on a knee support. One of those sleeve like things, don't know what the proper name for them is, but there are a few options at every pharmacy. Too me in helps if i use a really tight knee support, if i have to run a good distance. The only real problem i have with these things, is that they tend to slide off, and using sports tape can be a real pain considering all the hair i have on my legs.

Oh, and cheers
