creeper?

I'm wondering what kind of behaviour girls find creepy, because in the past I have been called creepy, but i could never really figure out why. I have an idea that it is because in the past when I liked a girl I would never make a move and instead i would just sit back and "enjoy the scenery".
Is that what girls mean when they call a guy a creeper?
or is there something else?
I am not sure if I still give off that vibe because it has been a few months sinces I've heard anyone call me that, but I'm afraid i may still come off as a creeper.
So my question to you guys is what kind of behaviors come off as being creepy?

Being called a creeper doesn't just have to be any specific thing you do. One guy could be doing something that a creeper does but the girls wouldn't mind him at all. It's really more of a "I need to see you in action" type of thing because being a creeper is more of the vibe you give off which can't really be described by most people.

Well no wonder they were calling you a creeper...all you were doing was just staring her down and checking her out the entire time. If girls witness a guy do that to someone, they tell all their friends how creepy that guy is, and it gets around FAST. Not good at all to be labeled a creeper.

I do know that usually guys can be labeled creepers for doing things such as:

-Just staring/checking out one certain girl for a long time and not saying anything

-Letting a girl find out that you look at a lot of porn on the internet or look at a lot of girls facebook pictures (maybe like some guys are talkin about how you're a porn addict and a girl overhears)

-Making weird or strange comments to a girl you barely know

-Making sexual innuendos when there is no comfort level (this is a big one!!)

And just for the record, I can guarantee you that you're still labeled a creeper. Another big part of it is because there is no comfort level between you and girls. You gotta create a comfort level so they don't really feel weirded out by anything you say or do.

It's all about social value and confidence. No social value + confidence when trying to hit on a girl = Creepy.

One way to dispel any justifications for someone to call you a creeper, is to become very masculine and unashamed about your sexuality. When you achieve masculinity, girls stop labeling you creeper and begin to justify/enjoy your actions.

I have stopped just "enjoying the scenery" and have actually started talking to them. ( I have been doing this for a while.) I still hear the creeper thing though, I mean I never introduce sexual innuendo unless I know they are comfortable with me, and I never let them know about me looking at porn and i never even use facebook.
I guess i may still be a creeper because I have little to no social value.
I guess I may make the odd comment to a girl I don't know, but i'm still learning how not to do that.
Anyways, it is half way into the school year, is there any way I can change this status about myself? or is there little to no hope?
What is a quick way to create comfort? because it usually takes me a bit of time to do this

hmmmm, i think I might be going hard on myself saying I have no social status. I do marial arts, I work-out, I am currently in a band, and I have a general passion for music.
I am not one of those kids who only hangs out with the same group of people everyday, instead i usually go hang out with different people each day.
I'll work on getting more involved in class discussions though thx for the advice
