I got a tub of creatine monohydrate and cannot get a conclusive answer when the best time to take it is. Half the sources say to use it 1/2 hour before working out, others say to use it only afterwards in grape juice, and others say to do both.

If I take it afterwards, should I mix it in juice and then have my protein shake? How many grams per day is best for me?

That link still talks about side effects of mono...which usually doesnt happen anymore.

I take it before and have no (creating bloat and diarrhea)(leaving you with dried-out muscles, tendons, and ligaments).

You have to remember MOST of the bodybuilding stuff workout/supps/diet are very skewed and EVERYONE has an opinion when it comes to this hence why there are SOOOO many routines out there.

Some people take it pre workout other take it post and others take it pre AND post workout.

As long as you take it I think you will be ok.

There has been more studies saying that the preworkout drink is alot more imortant then post workout so you can take that into account as well.

Also sugar is usually bad when trying to cut so fruit juice is bad.

It doesn't matter. Most of this stuff doesn't matter. Even if there's differences they are so small that they aren't worth worrying about, will never be noticed, and trying to stick to some rule is just another burden added to your life. Take it when it is convenient to you.
