I started taking creatine last Thursday. I didn't like the taste of the creatine,"fruit punch",so I didn't follow the "4 scoops for the first 5 days". Instead of took 2-3,as much of the flavor as I could for the first 5 days. So yesterday and today I went to hit the weights and I noticed that ALL of my work out I was able to get a extra rep or two and lift some more weights on other workouts. I have been drinking ALOT of water as everyone has told me to do. Is the creatine supposed to kick in this fast, especially with how I didn't follow the "starting up" routine or is this one of those "mind over matter" deals?

I take creatine everyday because its mixed in with my MRP shakes. The only thing I don't really like about creatine is it seems to make me sweat easier.

Did you do a forum search on creatine? You could probably find lots of info.

Fruit Punch.. sounds like you're taking Celltech to me. My gains from celltech came quick and were very impressive. Unfortunately, there are other alternatives that won't burn your throat and burn a hole in your wallet.

Ok so what other cretine source would you recommend that's cheap and still works like Celltech? Personally I'm planning to buy Noexplode since it got great reviews and I know people who used it. So is the Noexplode worth buying? where can I get the best deals?

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

I'm sort of behind on creatine technology since I stopped using it 2 years ago, but several companies like Twinlabs offer plenty of creatine monohydrate for cheap. NOExplode I believe, isn't really considered true creatine consumption. People take NOExplode for more energy during workouts. While it does contain some creatine in there (2g), it is far too pricey to be used as creatine supplementation.

From what I have heard, NOExplode renders phenomenal results as a preworkout supplement. I just don't like the idea of artificially getting my blood pumping before a workout just for a few gains. There will probably be some longterm studies conducted on the product that will show whether it is harmful to take longterm.

How do you know it's the creatine and not that you are stronger since the last workout? Isn't that what the point of your last workout was?
