I'm not going to link to the video. If you want to see it search You Tube for "Video of female University of Ohio student rape claim, judge for your selfs" It's the first result. From the video, the way she strokes his hair and kisses him it's hard to call it rape. The two of them also posed for pictures with the crowd afterward. I think she got embarrassed and wanted an excuse if her friends or family saw it. Also, an excuse to get out of punishment from the university or the police.

The definition of rape has become diluted, muddied, and frankly changes from circumstance to circumstance. I would define rape as the violent, forcible taking of a woman against her will. Most of us would agree this is a fair definition, and this is how it has been defined for hundreds if not thousands of years. Thanks to the much broader problem of feminized culture and a gross social power imbalance, rape is now defined as whatever the hell a woman wants it to be. As Roosh said so simply, a girl can now decide she was raped post-hoc if her guilt and slut-remorse are high enough. She can go to a man's apartment after a few drinks, have completely consensual sex, and leave the next morning. Except now what was once considered the traditional 'walk of shame' can be the walk of rape if she so chooses. The guy really has no other choice but to lawyer up and hope for the best. Similarly, as seen in the Ohio University "rape" allegations, a girl can have TOTALLY consensual and documented sexual relations with a guy, and utilize her gender leverage to her advantage to claim rape. Now I'm not sure if that case is going to fly, but rest assured men: If a girl decides to claim rape against you, regardless of the circumstances or evidence, law enforcement will take that very, very seriously. Especially if you are at a University, the bastions of the feminist empire.
