This sounds like the exact situation I was in with my current GF.

Women who haven't had sex for quite a while (6 months or more) or have not had too many partners in life (which sounds like your girl because of her age and conservativeness) would have her vaginal canal much tighter due to not having been 'exercised' best way to describe it.

Also if she was a shy person who is not used to sexual intercourse, and shy by personality, that also contributes to her inability to relax which is pertinent to allowing her vaginal canal to accept you.

Those 2 factors would make the first few initial attempts to have intercourse very uncomfortable. It would be very tight for you in the first 10 times or so but eventually she will 'adjust' down there.
