According to some psychological research (which I am not going to find the reference to because I am too lazy) we are attracted to those who are attracted to us. Selectively of course like you would choose them over another. That being said people who suffer from anxiety disorders will run for the hills if they feel that you are putting too much pressure on the relationship. Best thing to do is not care in the sense of if you don't get sex with this girl it is cool because there are plenty of others. You don't want to be a needy little b**** right??? And people get confused with all the information on the web about being the jerk vs. nice guy and blah blah blah. Or like what one of these sosuave news letters said, be yourself but your best self. Basically what I am trying to say is that You want to come off as being interested but not too interested, get what I am saying?? It is good if you can read people and get them to tell you about themself and actually listen rather than just being cynical and assume that she is ****ing you around.

No, it's attractive to women when you have options. Biologically, its because women are lazy and assume that if one women likes you that you have good genes. So if you're not too fussed on her and can leave, she assumes you have options, thus becomes more attracted. Now some girls may be self aware and rationalise things but most girls don't have the sort of introspection.

So i started to change my game. Ive been more slow in my game. I guess more trust building.

Like they have feelings too...which is weird cuz im anti feelings, but its their fantasy so whatevs.

I feel more connected....yuck...but its ok, cuz this one has a decent body and green eyes i like.

And i started running 3 miles a day...that helps to stay calm through the b.s. too.
