Connection - She feels like you REALLY know her - Keeping Control

I read a lot of posts that seem to contradict each other.

Some talk about how letting a girl talk about herself and relating yourself to her. Let her talk 70% of the time or whatever, and then you fill in the blanks with questions and relating experiences.

This contradicts with the stereotype alpha frame that I see get girls. I guess it's all how you come across when you are talking about HER.

The "DJ" would say be natural and let the conversation flow, but thats bs. That leaves you in competition with all the other chodes that chat her throughout the day.

It seems as if finding a lot about the girl and actually KNOWING her as a person would make her feel the CONNECTION. But how do you do that while maintaining control of the interaction and drawing her into "your world."

I honestly don't have any deep meaningful conversations with girls unless I know them for awhiiile, and we're trying to pick up girls fast here.

This connection where she feels you really understand her I feel I am missing.

I am good at teasing and joking with girls. I get them laughing and they like me.

I guess the real question for you guys is how to get into the kind of conversation where you find out a lot about her as a person, but still keeping the underlying meaning that you are the one choosing her and you are in control.

Sh1t just writing this made me think a lot more about what I do well and what I can improve in interactions with women.

Personally, I feel effective conversations with women require a lot of awareness. Try to pick up on the little things. Try and connect the dots. Look deeper in the underlying meaning of the things she says and the way she behaves. Just be generally interested in everything she has to say because what you're trying to do here is to pick up everything you can get from this girl and coming up with a picture of who she is. If you're really good at it, you can really surprise a girl by coming across as knowing things about her that she thought you never knew.

However, don't be afraid to be wrong. Everyone makes mistakes and assuming isn't always going to be accurate. Hopefully though, you are good enough so that the probability that you're wrong is less than 50%.
