I was wondering what you guys wear when you work out or exercise. I am starting to take longer runs, upwards from 11+ miles or so. I am looking for different clothing to use. I usually wear compression underwear, for my lower body. I do not wear anything on my upper half, this is where I have a problem. I want to wear compression wear on the upper half of my body, but it itches my skin. The type I currently wear is UA and DryStar. If you guys have any tips, or clothing you wear during exercise, post it here!

Working out in a gym I just wear any T-shirt, but when running outside I just wear Under-Armor shirts or Thermals. Thermals don't really itch and you can also wear another tshirt underneath to be extra warm.

I only wear cotton tshirts to lift in. I've noticed that with synthetic shirts the bar wants to slide around on my back during squats. For lower body, I wear underarmour compression shorts and regular gym shorts. The shorts have to stop above my knees, otherwise they rip when I push my knees out at the bottom of a squat. Learned that one the hard way!
