Complimenting Observation

I've recently realized that most of the time when I hear someone complimenting a person of the opposite gender's looks, usually it is a female telling a male "you are good looking", "you are handsome", or you are cute. As opposed to a male telling the female she is good looking, as you might expect.

Of course, this may have something to do with the age of the people I'm around. A lot of them are older, and although I do know a lot of younger people as well, I don't go to clubs or bars where they might be more focused on working their game.

Maybe this is due to the female's superior flirting skills. Or maybe it's because "game" has become more mainstream and there's a belief going around (true or not) that you should insult (well, neg or tease) a girl instead of compliment her.

I see guys compliment girls, but they seem to do it in a more evasive and suggestive manner, like "yeah shake that butt at me, I like it".

I'm curious if this observation matches what other guys here are seeing or not. Maybe the reason I'm seeing this is because a good percentage of the women where I live have to be among the ugliest on the planet.

Definitely doesn't match what I've been seeing, and would agree with your last sentence.

Well, uglier women have to be more aggressive than the attractive ones. Whereas a guy has to pursue the woman, all she has to do is make herself available. Saying that a guy is good looking is about as clear an IOI as she can give.

Among the people that I hang out with, I see a decent number of guys complimenting women on their looks.

I always try to compliment them on their personalities. At least as much as looks. Usually more.

I actually think guys compliment girls on their looks all the time. Maybe they are more subtle about it where you are but I bet they're doing it. By not talking about their looks at first I mess with their minds. I don't say anything about their face, body, hair, eyes until I'm trying to seduce.

I always compliment women on their looks while I'm taking their clothes off.

Nah it's because feminists have made it not kosher to compliment a woman on her looks in public. It's all about the inside that counts, you see. Guys are being taught this (sometimes the hard way involving the law and/or getting fired from work) everyday at school and at work. Even at social events, they may get reported to the organisers as "creepy guys".

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.
