I do that.. But Iam thinking she will get soo sexually fusturated because of this and do one of the other guys...

One thing you MUST do is not to COMPETE with these guys. They will try and talk to her every minute they have, impress her, make her laugh and stuff like that.

Stay away from that. Generate social proof if there are other girls/guys at work. Make the OTHER girls LAUGH and generally have fun when in front of the girl you want.

Play to your strengths. Find out what the girl is into.

If you are not as "marcho" as them, play to your cultured side. When you are talking to her, make sure to emphasise what a great time you are having visiting the art gallery, going to the beach or whatever.
