I read where most of us fit into different body types like Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph and maybe only 1 to 2% of the population are complete Mesomorph who are considered perfect for bodybuilding.

Now I have always had a bigger upper body wide shoulders and appear muscular etc., without working out in comparsion to my lower portion so I would put myself in the Mesomorph/Ectomorph body type (muscular and lean without weight lifting).

Now since I have been working out doing Squats, Deadlifts my legs are coming on and being more proportional to my upper body and I feel pretty good about my progress so far since I started in Jan or since working out with heavier weights as my aim is bulking up and then getting muscular or is that two in the same?

Now my question is this to those who know who might have the same body type as me what pit falls should I avoid and since my progress seem's good should I keep doing what I have and of coarse eating like I have high protein foods like Chicken, lean steaks, ground turkey, whey protein, water and Creatine and 8 to 10 hours sleep etc.

If you need more info let me know but I am 6-3-6-4 210 to 214 I've been putting on weight by about 4 pounds give or take from weighing in the morning and evening.

Excellent!

Now if I begin to bloat or my gut gets a bit to big but still having progress in my legs and upper body is it about less carbs intake and more cardio to bring it down along with crunches?

Crunches don't do anything for fat loss

You have to be able to tell the difference between food bloat and fat gain. Take a couple of days off, eat normally (3 meals) and see if the bloat goes away, after a couple of days take your waist measurement in the morning and check the mirror to see what's happened, if you've gained fat you'll notice

If you're getting fat assess your diet, particularly carbs and their timing plus your cardio scheme. if you're eating enough to grow you should be getting fat without cardio or carb control

True, this is a very important point. Don't freak out because you're looking a bit bloated with your shirt off. I took a week off last week because I was working all week in London, and the temporary food bloat went away.

Gaining a little bit of fat seems to be normal, but with your morning cardio and carb cutoff, it shouldn't be very much to be honest. :)
