i am a HUGE college football fan. I don't even watch Pro football much anymore.
I am an Arkansas Fan, i'm from Arkansas.. I actually went to USC to watch them demolish us 70 to 17... but that score was not an indicator of the game... USC's defense, for all of the 5 star All american's they have, is not very good at all.
Arkansas has no QB, everyone knows it, yet we have two freshman running backs that they still couldn't stop, despite we didn't complete one pass, or even attempt one pass over 10 yards (next year we have the best high school QB in the country coming in, he more than likely will be starting as a True Freshman)
With all of that said, if Arizona had a little bit better Offense, THEY would have beaten USC.. watched it, hell of a game for 3 quarters.
USC is so overrated it's pathetic. USC is the equilvant to a HB9 in the sosuave world, they think they can do no wrong.
Their pass rush is the best part of their defense. Theyr secondary is banged up and young, their Linebackers are young... the D line is young but very, very talented.
NOrte Dame will win that game as long as they don't give the deer in the headlights.
Charlie Weiss can score against anyone, and is smart enough to figure out something to SLOW down USC's offense, not stop but slow down.

Michaigan Sucks this year, if you havne't watched them.. I don't know why..I think their running back is horribly overrated, the sophmore Hart. Their Defense is slow, good, but slow.
Penn state is the real deal. I came to that conclusion last saturday. As long as Robinson doesn't LOOSE the game for them, Penn STate will win. Penn State Reminds me of Arkansas back in 1998. They came off of a horrible year in 1997, but they were young. We got a new coach, new offensive scheme ,and came out the gates 8 and 0, and if it wasn't for the fumble by Clint Storner with 2 mintues left, ,w hen we had the lead against Tennessee (the year they won the Championship) who knows what would have happened, at worst woud have been in the sugar bowl.
Anyway my point is, Arkansas that year had tons of NFL talent no one knew about
penn state didnt' go away, they still recruit... It wasn't the players that were loosing the games in the past, it was the coaches. They have talent, always ahd talent. The past 2 years ago they put 4 first round picks in the NFL and 2 second round picks. Their Defense is top notch.
Michigan might loose 3 more games this year. They won't beat Ohio STate, I dont' see them winning tomorrow, and they might not beat Iowa.
I am not even going to describe the beating Florida is going to put on LSU.. Les MIles is probably the worst coach in the SEC, plus their QB is so overrated it's pitiful.
Alabama is my sleeper team for the NC.. However I am sure someone has to loose for them to get in.
They are loaded, more loaded than Aruburn was last year, it's just that no one noticed it because everyone was injuried last year.
Their QB is better than Jason Cambell was last year, they have a stable of Backs, their WR's ar ebetter than Auburn's were last year, and they have THE best D in America bar none, and by Far the best SEcondary. Their sEcondary is so good they have a Parade All American Nickel Back (Simon Casteille... and he's damn good)
I hate Alabama, I mean, I am fron Arkansas, we are trained to hate Texas and Alabama and to a lesser extent LSU, but Alabama is foreal this year
