Ok sorry that this is really long, I just wanted to get in as much detail as possible. If you take the time to read it thanks, if not I understand, it is pretty massive.
Really I just want some advice on what I'm doing.
So we go out just a few of us to the local uni club and have loads of fun, I see a girl I met on Thursday called Claire(HB7) who remembers me, I say hello and talk to some of her other friends, one, a girl called Charlie(HB6) who is on my course and always sees me on nights out. She tells me that whenever she sees me I'm by myself, to which I object vehemently and proceed to tell her that I know half the people in the club and would be willing to prove it to her. From here me Charlie, Claire and some of her other friends, who I kind of know as they live in the block opposite go to the dance-floor, I get back to talking to Charlie and tell her that already I'm with 6 friends, she asks who and I go on to say her, and the other people we are with. She laughs but says it doesn't count, all the while we are all dancing together in a circle. To this I say fair enough but really as Claire recognised me she at least has to count, and Jim too, her flatmate who I watch the football with at the pub sometimes. Jim just sort of nods and goes with it, Claire comes over and dances with me a bit and tells Charlie that she has to count as my friend.
This puts me on 2 friends, which Charlie agrees to. From here I slowly exit the circle that has formed and turn around, looking for people that I know, as I get to my back fully turned to the group I see another set of people from my course and go over, there's about 5 of them a HB6/6/4 and 2 guys. I dance with them a bit and then turn back to Charlie and her group stick up my middle finger at Charlie and count round the 5 people then add 2. I smile and go back over saying, 'See, I told you I know people?' She says ok but that it means nothing, and that I could of come to the club with that group. At this I smile at her again, tell her to keep watching and turn around again, this time I see a group of 4 who are friends of friends, but know well enough by name that they would play along with this little challenge of mine. I go over, dance with them a bit, make sure Charlie is watching and then keep go back to her adding another 5 friends to my tally, putting me up to 12. At this she starts to get a little impressed, however I don't stop here and continue to see another group of friends from my course, and some other guys who I occasionally drink with on Thursdays. After I dance with these 2 groups I go back to her again, dance with Claire some more who seems pretty interested and increase the number of friends up to 22.
After this I tell her that the challenge has been fun, but I think I won because I showed her some of my friends, whereas she only managed to show me the group she was actually with. I give Emma a kiss on the cheek and walk to the bar, where I find my friends just coming back to the dance floor. I tell them I'll meet them in a second and get myself a drink. I go back to the dance floor, and my group is dancing with Claire and Charile's group because one of my friends Johno knew one of the other girls. At this I go up to Charlie, smile and tell her she should know better than to ask my friends if I'm single while I'm away, whilst adding another 6 people to my number of friends -28.
We all dance together for a while and then I see another girl that me and my friend Ford met the other night a HB4 called Hope. Ford starts talking to Hope and I begin to chat to two of her friends a HB6 and a HB7, the 7 leaves pretty quick to go to toilet and leaves me with the HB6 called Frances. We start dancing and talking a bit, she goes on to say she is 21 and really quite shy. At this I tell her I can help her with her shyness, that the best way to get over it is to push yourself in at the deep end, just like what I did, I wave over at Charlie's group and they all smile and wave back, and I turn back to Frances and tell her that I met all of them last night, by saying hello to one of them. I tell her that if she says hello to one guy I'll get her a drink, she obliges and jumps at the chance of the perceived alcohol and says hello to the nearest guy to us. I say to her well done, and that if she does it again, I'll give her something even better than a drink, a dance with me. Again she says hello to the next nearest guy. It looked like everything was going well, so I thought why not and went all extravagant on her once she came back for her validation on saying hello to a guy. I threw my right arm out to the side, bowed deeply and said well done on earning yourself a dance with me, Gunner. I then ask for her hand which she grasps instantly, we start dancing and I get a bit closer, nudging my head up next to hers and then brushing it against her neck all the while dancing side to side. I feel she's ready for it, pull out, look her in the eye and say to her deadly seriously 'Now I got told a saying which really, REALLY helped me stop being shy' she asks me what and no joke I just said what every other guy on this website says 'Rejection is better than regret' and then I kissed her, success. Then after we pull out and start dancing again I whisper in her ear 'I didn't regret that' which has her pulling my head back round to kiss me again.
After this I make my excuses and leave to go outside for some fresh air, my stomach was hurting as well, really bad stomach cramps had kicked in. I get outside and see my friend Nick sitting down getting some air too and go sit next to him, we chat and I mention my stomach aching, he tells me to go and tactical chunder. He convinces me to do it, so I get it over with, drank some water and then put a load of chewing gum in to freshen the breath. We go back into the club, find our friends and then decide to change venue as the other half of our group were leaving the block know to go out. I find Charlie and Claire's group and tell them to come, but they say no. Then I find Hope and Frances, tell them we are off, but if they want to see us later we are heading to XYZ. We leave, get a taxi to the next club and find our other group of friends.
We get to the club, dance for a while and after about 45 minutes -1 hour Hope and Frances turn up, me and Ford separate from our now massive group of about 25 people and go over to say hello again. I bow to Frances who giggles a bit and then we get right back to where we were at the previous club, we go at it for a bit, and then I go off to toilet.
After this my night went spectacularly downhill, whilst we were all dancing together my stomach cramps came back even worse than before, and after I went to the toilet after getting with Frances I went upstairs to the smokers area to try and get some fresh air and try to get rid of the stomach pains. I was up there for a good half hour, steadily feeling worse. Some friends came up and chilled with me for a bit while they smoked and then went back downstairs. I felt horrible after this so I had a friend help me out to the taxi and then send me home. Where I promptly went to the toilet and stuck my fingers down my throat to tactical chunder again, before going to bed. Only I was up, rolling in bed until 6 because the pain wouldn't go away.
I spent most of Saturday in bed and I haven't heard from Frances again. However Emma has added me on Facebook and I plan to chat to her sometime tomorrow.
If you got this far through it, thanks. Still would like to know what you guys think, and if I'm going the right way about this in a club scene situation?
Thanks Gunner
