Just gone up a stone, but I've just read pook's "skinny guys read this..." thread, and I feel like I've just gone from poor to mediocre. Please feel free to jump in at any point to offer advice or criticism.

Weight- 135 pounds
Cardio- None
Weights- 3 times a week
Supplements- Whey Protien, 2 scoops once a day
Problems: Getting enough food in me, lack of time- all the classic BS. Should be driving within a week, pending passing my test on wed. That will help a lot. Also I frequently seem to "give up" on the whey. Pah, at the moment it's all about focus and drive. Should have done this a long time ago.
