hey, i read this term in a health and fitness mag.. and just read the first post in the guide to bulking thread and it came up again..

i'm not familiar with what CLA is (supplement wise, i'm assuming)

i tried to do a search, but it needs to be 4 letters long!

the health and fitness mag suggested that it helped with wicked gains vs someone who isn't taking it.. so info would be very much appreciated as i'm starting to try bulk..

been doing it for about 3-4 weeks and i'm looking a bit fitter, but haven't been doing it with science behind me. i want to really increase my gains..

EDIT: i did some research, and tried to purchase it.. CLA is Conjugated Linoleic Acid.. u can read about it here. unfortunantly, when i tried to buy some, they said as far as they knew it was unavailable in australia..

so now i'd love to know if any australians know of a safe place to buy supplements from over the internet? i assume bodybuilding.com is probably going to be safe...?
