Hey is there any way to get rid of chubby cheeks, i'm on a cardio diet to lose weight and get in better shape, but is there a way to tone my cheek bones so i have a more mature look.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Semag is right. When you start to lose weight, you should find a difference in your face too. Also, if you work your upper body, this should give you a more defined neck, jaw and face.

I wrote in another post somewhere about jaw exercises, which help. Regularly work your jaw muscles by clenching your teeth together (perhaps bite down on paper or something to protect your teeth).

This time last year I had quite a young, cute and cheeky face. But since losing weight, working out and using these jaw exercises, my features have changed rather dramatically and for the better. In fact, the change shocked quite a few people.

this may not be great advice. i used to do that chewing crap.. and the orthodontist says that may be why im having all those pains in my face.. and he thinks my jaw may be moving. ..just a warning.
he told me specifically to stop usin chewin gum and grinding my teeth....

I used to be super chubby. My head was squarish, or like a basketball. :(

After losing like 30 pounds, my face is more streamlined if you know what I mean. I look at my pics of when I was a kid like 13 years old and I was a freaking pig...humanish....pi..harabawtbltBLEH.

Now I look totally different and chicks from elementary school don't recognize me. Anywho, losing weight helps to a certain extent, I believe. However, as with other parts of the body, your face has muscles and in order to get that toned look without lookin like a skeleton, exercises must be done.

My friend plays the clarinet and he has to do embouchure exercises to strengthen his hold on the clarinet...not sure if that helps, but I would also like information of this and that's all I have right now.

Didnt help me

When I was a in highschool I was about 40 lbs overweight, since then I've lost it and I'm lean and gaunt and supa-sexy. But now I get much less play because I'm scarier, less approachable, when I was 'pleasantly plump' people seemed more at ease when they met me, even if I wasn't smiling like a jackass all the time. I think some girls find me very intimidating now. So I guess what I'm saying is, maybe you could find a way to make being chubby work for you, being approachable can be a real asset. Probably not what you wanted to hear.
