Oy.

So, just when I thought I'd finally conquered my performance anxiety and enjoyed a half-year period of having sex 4-5 times a night, in the past month my sex drive has dropped to almost nothing and my erections are really weak.

Of course, since I wasn't seeing the girl I hooked up with in Argentina, I didn't notice it all that much until I tried to do it with my ex-gf who is now my FWB. Nothing. Every now and then I'd feel a little swelling, but that's all. And she is a LOT hotter than she was when I left. So i royally disappointed her and myself.

So today I went and saw my doctor for my annual checkup. It turns out that my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are really high (not surprising after half a year of eating steak, breaded cutlets and pork sausages every week, not to mention a major history of heart disease on both sides of my family), which may be a major factor. it took me by surprise since I am not at all fat (5'7 and 150 lbs) he put me on lipitor, which is an anti-cholesterol drug.

The moral is: a healthy body = a healthy sex life.

I would bet that if you kept the meat in your diet and cut carbs instead your cholesterol woulda gone down..

The doc literally told you that your erectile difficulties were the result of high blood pressure and cholesterol?

If so...damn.

Well, not exactly. he did so that it would contribute to me being less able to perform any physical activity (especially those that involves blood flow).

There's a reason that viagra is so much more effective when combined with lipitor:
