I'm on myspace today sending one of my friends a message and i get on his page and my ex is on there as one of his friends. We were all friends and that part doesn't bother me but she put up a picture I TOOK on our last trip together to the beach!!! A trip I payed for in the swimsuit I payed for!! I still haven't contacted her since we split and she hasn't contacted me but I so wanna send her a message giving her a piece of my mind!!

Of course this is so typical for this girl. Sweet and nice and fvckin your brains out but as soon as you dump em they grow horns and turn into total b!tches. I know,..I know,... if I respond to this she will have won. But as bad as I want to i won't. Just pisses me off

Just treat her like she is, yesterdays memory. She obviously wasnt enough to keep you happy so think of her as just not good enough. Makes it much easier to associate them negatively and realize some other poor dude is getting your left overs.

Judging by your response it seems to me that this didn't end well. My feeling about it is that she put that picture 'cause she looked good in it and not because she was planning to stick it to you (you did say you dump her so why do you care?). Its not like she is sending you messages and waving it in your face. Remember myspace is a product like tv and radio so if you don't like the station you can always switch to something else.

When you break up with a woman (dump or dumped ) do not expect them to act like an adult. They are barely adults at the best of times.
As STR8Up would say, you have taken a sledgehammer to her ego.
She will do and say whatever she feels OK with to repair her ego and that NEVER is going to be filtered through any sense of obligation to you or your feelings.

You are right. I was hurt at first,...seeing some chick that tells you they love you and 3 days later you see her fvckin some dude on the couch. But now I'm more pissed than hurt. Mainly cause that beach trip in that picture she has as her profile pic was a week before all this happened. I think the money thing pisses me off more than anything. She told me she would pay half and I never saw it. I asked her for it when we broke it off and she said she had to get a new AC in her house and thats the last I've heard from her. So yeah I'm a little pissed,...oh well

You are heading in the right direction - the final destination is 'indifference' at which point you are healed.

This story is a classic example of why we should NEVER believe what women say UNLESS and UNTIL it is re-inforced by her consistent and congruent behavior.

Maybe she just liked the picture. If she's in a bathing suit, and shes not a cow, it's probably hot. I'll bet it never crossed her mind that YOU were the one that made that picture happen, in every way. She's probably too selfish to realize what that picture means. Chicks are evil, but not thoughtful enough to give you the credit.

Edit: Sorry, I didnt read your post about her doing it to her last ex. Holy childishness. Got any naked pictures of her? You can stick it back to her if you want. Look at the bright side: If shes fycking with you, it means you fycked her up!!! That, in itself is good revenge.

I used some photos my ex girlfriend took of me for my online dating profile. No maliciousness intended on my part, she is a good photographer, so why not? If she complains, well, she owes me big time since I paid for her car repairs and maintenance, some stuff for her school including a new laptop computer, and even groceries since she was a student. (I was an AFC I know). She also used my camera to take the pictures.

Just take as a fact that most ex wifes or ex girlfriends utterly and completely discard any ethics or social conventions when it comes to their ex boyfriends/ husbands. No restraint or barriers left whatsoever. You commonly see really cruel, heartless, immoral and piggish behavior that a male would never even think about.

But this girl is fvcked up. She cheated on her last husband and had to have an abortion and I have found out that she lied to me constantly. Her mom even called me to apoligize for her own daughter! Her own mom doesn't even trust her. We would be in the car and her mom, dad, friends, etc, would call and she would just flat out lie to them about stupid stuff! I even made a comment one day how scary it was that she was such a good liar. My gut made the right choice in leaving the relationship I just wish I had seen it sooner before I got sucked in.

I'm reading a book right now called "Facing love addiction" and it pretty much talks about everything this forum preaches. Not to put any woman on a pedestal and about the disease of CODEPENDENCE. Basically someone who is dependent on, enmeshed with, and compulsively focused on taking care of another person. I think a lot of guys here are guilty of this!

Yeah I went out Sat nite for the first time since the breakup and I had a hot 20yr old grab my phone and put her number in it! Haha! Then later that night I met two 25 yr olds and one 23 year old. The 23 year old said I looked great to be 42.Then saw a female trainer that works at the gym i go to. She asked her husband, whom I know too, to ask me if she could fix me up with her sister!! Got home hammered around 2am and got in bed and the 20yr old calls me up wanted me to drive 20 miles to meet her!! No way!! All these chicks were way better looking than the ex!

I have to admit it was a good nite. Even though I didn't get with any of them it was a great morale booster!
