Wtf? Is she that embarrassed of me? A few minutes after sex she tells me that she thinks that was a bad idea and she doesn't want anyone to find out. So it's our little secret or something. This is mainly due to all of the drama it would cause because she's one of my ex's good friends, etc. etc.
But still... she texts me tonight asking if I told anyone. I said no. And she said some people told her that I said we did, which is completely bull. How should I go about dealing with this?

If she is one of your ex's friends then maybe it isn't you its the fact that she does not want her friend to find out. Just keep your mouth shut unless it servers some advantage you telling people.

Do what you want, man. Don't let some bossy and stuck up drama queen tell you what to do or who you can talk to.

If she didn't want anyone finding out, she should have kept her clothes on. Don't get involved with her rules and drama. Just tell her "These things happen" or "Get over it".

It's her anti-slut defence in operation. It's normal. She doesn't want her circle to think she's a slut by ****ing a her friend's ex. It's like Fight Club. What's the first rule of Fight Club?

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

It could be true...

...but one question

How was the sex? Did you hold your side of the pleasure giving? To really find out basically try to get a meet up again and escalate it to sex. If this doesn't work out then...yep it was your sex game.
