For the past 2 years I've been trying to get rid of my "t1tties". I didn't think normal bench pressing would have done, so I thought on concentrating on my lower chest. I feel the burn coming from my "t1tties" area, but I've seen absolutely no progress at all. However, the other areas of my chest have developed. This has caused me to believe that I'm not doing the right work outs for the part of my chest that I want to work out. At home I even do push ups and extend my hands farther out, but I end up working out my wings. Here's a diagram of what I'm trying to achieve:

Any help is appreciated.

What is your current weight/body fat%.

Decline is likely to make the problem worse.

I'm not sure about fat%, but my weight is around 180. I'm definitely overweight but I also pack some muscle on upper body.

Dammit, so doing decline was making it worse this entire time?! Ugh.

Here is the routine:

Another good thread:

It basically looks like you need to lose some excess fat whilst putting on a fair amount of muscle. The above routine is focused on the entire body, which is needed for optimum results. If you do everything right, you will look noticeably improved in six months time and be well on you way to attaining your goals.

Start a log if you can and good luck,

you are still are in beggining stages. As quag told you to do, go to those links, get ready to eat and do incline benching. The guys chest on the right in the pic had a fair amount of muscle, so you are going to have to get their and then drop bodyfat%

burn is irrelevant to muscle development. and you can't 'firm up' a flabby part of your body with lifting, no matter what the infomercials tell you. you need to lose overall bodyfat to change the appearance of your chest. putting on some muscle wouldn't hurt, but it won't help as much as getting rid of the fat.
