Hey guys, I work out regularly for football every day (legs one day uppers the next). Now, I've always naturally been kind of muscley(?) and I have huge arms. The problem is, in comparison to my arms, my chest looks soooo small (its not real small, about normal size for how much I lift I guess).

What I wanna know is, is there any way to get a fuller all around better looking chest? I was thinking normal bench, inlcines, and declines just until I can't even go anymore.

Any suggestions would help, thx.

Look at some bodybuilding websites and forums, look at some magazines if you'd like to get some ideas on different exercises you might want to try.

Try to keep your chest workout and most other workouts between 45-60 minutes or less.

Don't just do chest and arms and nothing else.

You said you do your legs, you do arms, add in your chest, delts, back, and traps and you'll be fine.

But try to see what works for you.

For my chest, Normal flat bench presses have never done anything for me.

So i do a variety of different incline benches and sometimes decline benches. I also use barbells and dumbbells in my workouts as well as adding some dips and weighted dips.

Some people have to work different body parts harder then others. Just see what works for you.

Also make sure your eating the right foods and geting enough protein in your diet.

They've always worked great for me...Ive acutally never done anything else (though Im going to add a few sets of incline bench presses). See what works for you but I think that flat bench presses will work for (almost) anyone. Maybe elvis is just an exception to the rule...(maybe Im the one whos an exception the rule though..u never know).

I think a lot of people have big arms but only few have big enough chests (Im not really talking about really big bodybuilders here) that make the whole package look good.

i had almost the same problem a few years ago. i had really big arms but a flat chest. i dedicated some time for three months in summer working out with my chest as the main focus. i highly recommand dumbbells to lift. when i used the flat bench one peck ended up bigger than the other. also dumbbell free weights make you work harder.

what i did twice a week was:
3 sets of 6-8 reps on flat dumbbell press
3 sets of 6-8 reps on incline dumbbell press
3 sets of 6-8 reps on the decline dumbbell press or decline machine if you are too tired
3 sets of cable fly
3 sets of butterfly chest machine
and end with doing as many bardips as i could

the key is to push your mucles to the limit, so in the 6-8 reps, do as heavy as you can. don't forget to stretch out your shoulders. and don't forget protein shakes. lots of protein.
