Looks a little like some of Ian King's stuff with the unilateral movements. Whatever works for you dude. But you already have a post about a proposed routine - the adjustments Diesel made to it were pretty much spot on in my view and made a lot of sense. In your shoes I would be inclined to go with that one to start with rather than this new one. Reminds me a little of when I started training - spent weeks looking for the so-called "magic" routine but would have done a lot better just getting on with it. Good luck with whichever you decide.

I planned to use DIESEL'S suggestions all along. I found this routine in the new issue of Muscle & Fitness and wanted to know what people thought. This routine is something I'd probably do when I need to change it up a little. I'm for sure using the ab workout from this routine.
