***Please don't move this to tips-section. I want to get people opinions on this and even get ideas to improve and expand the sheet***
As we all know, taking notes and reviewing them will make us remember stuff better and will get us better results. In the seduction community there are insane amounts of information and a wealth of knowledge that is virtually impossible to memorize. This results in alot of confusion and chaos.
So i use a cheat sheet! It's just a document where I have taken some of the stuff I find most useful and put it all together. It's a mixture of techniques, routines, attitudes, frames etc. It's pretty new. I just made it a few days ago. It's been great. I've been able to memorize it little by little. It's just a reminder really..things slip your mind and falls waay back in your brain. This way you can keep it sharp.
When I'm in the field, I also use a "short-version" of this one. So when you go to the bathroom or whatever you can have a little peak and maybe get some new ideas. Everytime I've done this I feel exited and motivated! It works!
I was wondering if anyone else is using this and if you are, what kind of stuff do you put in there?
And if you plan on flaming me for using routines, canned material and that i belong at fastseduction.com, don't bother. Inner-game is what I rely on most, but I think using canned material is fun and entertaining. I like a big mix!
