It doesnt sound like you have a good state of mind. Try thinking less about your friend who you say is a "natural". What DJ_trainee said is true about things being natural. When you are natural you are authentic and girls like this. They dont like an act and many can tell pretty quickly if you are not being yourself. So just be yourself and your own person and think about your own problems and how best you can solve them. Instead of feeling annoyed and frustrated at your friend getting girls, be happy for him. The only life you have control off is your own, so quit worrying about what you cant control, and start acting on what you can.

If he can get girls and you cant, try modelling him. He has qualities that attract girls to him, you dont. Model certain things that he does and see how they work for you. Then tweak them a bit if you want to so you can have your own style. Try this: when you go to a party where you dont know everyone go introduce yourself and talk to them for a little bit. Try to me EVERYONE THERE! Have a small conversation then move on to the next one. Stay in a light relaxed mood so you have a good time doing this.
