Hey Guys so I've been roaming the site now for awhile and it's finally time to post up a log. Here's a little background I'm 21, 5'8" currently 155 want to get up to at least 175.
My workout is this so far.
Workout A
Leg Press
Smith Machine Squats
Pulldowns wide overhand and close underhand grip
Chin ups
Workout B
Bench Press
Dips
Military Press
Lateral Raise
Any advice is more than welcome. I'll try to post my diet later.
