There is another thread on here that seems to have lost interest and it was about the changes you noticed in your interaction with women when you started getting in shape. I thought I would reboot it and try garner some more stories from you guys.

For me the change in how girls looked at me was "overnight". Not to say I picked up dumbells and the next day girls were eye-f/ucking me. I mean i have been doing weights for many months and in the space of one week i started noticing girls noticing me more. i don't know what it was, it was like one week i got the usual responses and then since then its like i have put on a shirt that says, "please stare if you want to f/uck". The thing is its not even like i can spot what it is about me that changed over that week, at least physically.

But anyway i digress. I love reading about the reactions your hard work and persiverance have got. Personally I am from a back ground of low self-esteem about my image. Been fat for 80% of my life, had gfs but I am not used to getting overt displays of female attention. So i am interested in hearing from guys who have made serious changes.

Another more interesting perspective would be from girls because I know at least one posts on this site so it would be cool to hear about guys you have seen transform and how different you acted towards them.

with regards, Penalty

The right physique definitely turns heads, but it's really more about how you carry yourself when you make physical changes.

When you are feeling low and insecure about yourself, you probably avoid direct eye contact, dont hold you head up, and certainly dont smile directly at women. That's half of the whole phenomenon right there.

A friend of mine just started using juice. He had a good physique before, but he's been on for a little over a week now and he swears people 'just get out of his way', and girls stop to ogle him. I told him "dude, using juice for a week isn't going to bring on THAT dramatic of a change. It's the way you are carrying yourself now. You FEEL big and strong and confident."
