To get rid of my small gut i seem to be getting atm, and turn it into the outline of a 6 pac! i need to do some cardio and eat more healthy!

Now i know how to eat healthy but this cardio thing, is that like swimming/running a bit every day and say about 25-50 sit ups?

Would this do the trick and how quickly would this work?

I'm at about 9 -10% and i have a little bit of a lower abdomin gut. When i start cutting weight, i lose a lot of muscle in my chest and shoulder area.............it sucks!

I take the DC approach to dropping Body Fat, Carb cut offs, low intensity cardio first thing in the morning for 30-45min, lots of water, green tea
