Hey, im SKINNY, and i've been doin alot of weights and stuff, and never any cardio. After every work out, i always eat SOMETHING, usually coz i work out at night, i just go grab a burger afterwards.
I also eat other stuff too, but im afriad that im not working out the most important muscle, my heart.
Is there anything that'll strengthen my heart but not lose weight/muscle?
